When setting a date for a new trial, contact the Secretary so that dates can be coordinated with existing trials on the calendar.
All organizing Trial Committees are requested to submit the following details to the Secretary or Treasurer:
– Date of trial
– Venue
– Contact details (name, phone number, email)
Ideally, trial dates should be finalized by September of the preceding year for inclusion in the Association's Newsletter and printed Calendars.
Once date is confirmed and locked in with the secretary, Contact The treasurer for associated Affiliation fees & insurance requirements. Contact Judges Panel for available judges, produce a Flyer for your trial and submit to Secretary for Advertisement on our Facebook page. [tresurer email]
